Getting There

Fly into Genoa (GOA) or Pisa (PSA), then travel by train or car to Bonassola, around 1–1.5 hours from Genoa and 1.5–2 hours from Pisa.

Bonassola has its own train station, with regular connections along the Ligurian coast from both Genoa and Pisa.

02

Where To Stay

We recommend staying in Bonassola or nearby Levanto, both offering a range of hotels, guesthouses and apartments.

Bonassola is the closest and most convenient option for the wedding, while Levanto has a wider choice of accommodation and is just a few minutes away by train or taxi.

Getting Around

Bonassola is small and fully walkable - no car needed! Most hotels are a short stroll from the train station. If you stay in nearby Levanto, trains run frequently and take just a few minutes.

Alternatively, you can rent a bike or walk to Bonassola via the scenic, flat coastal tunnel path (around 2km). Please note that local taxis late at night can be limited, so we recommend checking the evening train schedules in advance.

In case you need taxis to get around, here are some contacts that you can message directly on WhatsApp:

Local Taxi & Driver Contacts:

Edoardo Taxi Levanto: +39 379 129 4051

Gianluca Bonilauri Taxi: +39 335 825 9532
Levanto Station Taxi Dispatch: +39 0187 808247

If you have hired a car, both Bonassola and Levanto have big parking lots by the seafront (roughly €2 per hour)
